I purchased online, which can be a scary proposition. However, Mikey at Victor did a great job of describing the vehicle and it was as represented. The entire process was smooth and easy, from purchase to delivery.
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.

Went online and made an appointment for regular maintenance. Altho there were several cars in the entrance bay when I showed up, I was immediately seen and within 10 minutes I was processed and in the waiting room. The service techs are all great people, really kind, upbeat and respectful. I always feel comfortable going in there and they genuinely listen to any concerns.
We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the !
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

Steven Norton was very helpful And took his time with me and my wife and that’s why we purchased our vehicle at Gillespie Ford, we did stop at other dealerships but Mr. Norton explained that Mr Gillespie is not like any other owner he is not just concerned with selling the car.
