Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
