I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Friendly and respectful salesman, and staff, not pushy. We said, on our first visit, that we are in no hurry to buy and we wanted to look at other makes also before buying, they were respectful of that. We stopped by several times over about three weeks, and every time, they were not pushy, and helped with any questions we had. We ended up buying a Lincoln Aviator from Champaign Ford City. The whole process was very good. The people at this dealership is top notch. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Ford City.
