I was greeted by the sales person who had been working with me from day one and I told him I am interested in buying a vehicle that would fit my needs. This person was so determined to make my request a reality that he would call me and inform me that he has located some thing that may fit my needs and he has. He made me feel that he cared about me the customer; than making a sale of the vehicle. He made it his business to offer me a bottle of water and welcome me. I felt his desire to make me want to do business at that establishment and I did. After the sale I complemented him for his diligence and his patience to make sure that I was satisfied with the product price and purchase . By then he handed me over to the financial management after he showed us what that dealership had to offer its customer and everyone was pleasant and professional. I can truly say I felt so welcomed at that dealership I would recommend it to everyone who are seeking to purchase a vehicle and most of all the financial management along with the sales person and the welcoming environment . I just purchased a new full EV Toyota bZ XLE from this local dealership. My salesman there was Howard Cullen. While I’ve driven Teslas since 2017 I’ve been able to avoid the typically unpleasant experience of being tagged-teamed by sales staff in an auto dealership — the “showroom shuffle”. I’ve also been able to pay cash and avoid car loans for the last 35 years. That being said, my initial reaction to being handed off to Howard by other sales staff was classic “disgruntled customer” mode; a bit hostile. However, we got past that and Howard was great in working with me to get me a very attractive price on a quality vehicle. Another issue that I had going into this transaction was encountering showroom sales staff who usually know little to nothing about EVs. Howard admitted to his limited experience upfront, so we learned about this car together. I appreciated that he understood my concerns and worked hard to gain my trust, answers to my product questions and minimize the amount of hassle factor that it took to make this purchase – which included my first car loan in 35 years (a few $K additional incentive for taking a Toyota 0% interest 3-year loan was hard to resist.) Prior to switching to Teslas (a very high-quality automobile) I had owned 6 Toyotas (Camrys and a Tacoma) over 25 years; and I would argue that this is hands-down the best car company in the world. Howard has been selling Toyotas for 17 years and shares my commitment to this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends to him for their next vehicle purchase — especially as I know that he will know alot more about these EVs for the next customer who comes looking for one.
2026 Ford Maverick review
Hybrid model gets great mileage. Car is quiet and comfortable especially for a truck. Lariat package has nice options a very versatile small truck and great value.
