When you like the meal at a restaurant you'd go back, when you like a movie you'd watch it again. When you like the experience of,..say, buying a car at a dealer, you'd return. I would go back to Cochran Subaru-Butler and Associate Brandon Fehl. Brandon has earned my trust,something I don't extend easily, especially when making the decision on a car. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I heartily pass that recommendation on. Brandon knew what I wanted and the price range and it fit to a tee. ....And like I said, I would go back there again.

The people that work at this dealership are amazing. I was looking for a very specific used car, and happened to find one at Jack's, which is about 4.5 hours away from where I live; decided to take a chance and bought the car and when I traveled to pick up the car had my current card break down on the side of the highway about 2 hours away from the dealership. The area that I broke down in was very tiny and had no rental shops open and with no way of knowing how long it was going to take my car to get fixed I was stranded. I called Jack's to let them know what was going on (expecting that I was going to have to stay at a hotel until Monday and then come and get the new car). Greg at the dealer ship actually came to pick me up. Most places claim that they'll go the extra mile for customer service, this place truly does it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and the whole buying process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Jack's as the place to buy a car or have any work or detailing done.
I have been searching for a few months for a car. This is my first car purchase and it was a very simple and easy transaction. The two people running the lot/shop are very nice and honest people who seem to actually take care of the cars they get. They also have a carfax for every vehicle on their website. Also with cars not on the site but you'd have to visit the lot. They helped me with everything I needed and I would defiantly purchase another car from them! Highly recommend!!

The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely don't waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didn't have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. My leather seats had small cracks on the drivers side Maybe 5 on the top and 3 on the side The tech told me ford calls that normal stretch ...... I'm sorry but I have had leather seats in cars for 20 years and leather furniture in my home and have never had normal stretch occur......it's leather It should give and not tear ..... the solution was to have the seat repaired and it was it looks ok it's not perfect and at my cost of 85 plus tax I would have preferred it be replaced It's sad that ford doesn't back the full product. Not sure I will purchase a ford when I'm ready for a trade on this car my last car was a Subaru and the leather seats were perfect when it was traded in with no normal stretch
