We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. Searched for a long time for the best price on a Ford Transit work van. Moters Trust kept popping up from a price perspective, but it is 60 miles to Miami. After going to an "authorized car dealer" based on an internet price and seeing unexpected charges (to be kind), I left. The second choice was to check out this place in Miami. Mandy provided straight forward answers to the questions, showed the vans and provided the best price available. The price was as advertised and below the lowest blue book price and had unexpectedly nice features, etc. The competitive dealer fee was as expected and nothing compared to the crazy added stuff from a car dealer. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. Note: The dealer I tried first was not a Ford dealer, it was another brand way not close to the purchase location. Also, this was a cash sale for advertised price, not a financed purchase.
