Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

We just bought a used car from HILEY- Buick- GMC-of-Fort Worth with John Talley. We had shopped extensively and found good deals at 3 different dealerships. Although one of the other dealership's offer was slightly better than Hiley's, we were completely swayed by John's knowledge, experience, and trustworthiness. We liked everyone we met at Hiley, but out of all the salepeople we met at all of the dealers in west Fort Worth. John Talley is the main reason we bought the car we did. And then Ron and Taylor in Finance made us glad John was at Hiley (they give Finance people a good name!}.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Very good service, and while they were performing the service you could see the inspection that was performed by video. Most places don't show that to the customer.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

It was great. When something unexpected happened, they went the extra mile and fixed it and even offered a rent car so that I didn?t need to stay there and wait.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar. I made appt for recall servicing. When I came to drop off I had to reschedule due to parts needed to be ordered. No car rental was available. Repairs took longer than expected so I rescheduled two appointments. I pleaded for a rental to attend a birthday party out of town and Tyler made a way. I was happy.

Tyler made us feel like a long time customer!!! Will be bringing our vehicles here for service from now on. Love the drive up and check in process.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

Tou lê free ownership. Best car I’ve owned, literally. So much that we got a second one that my wife uses. Both Base (Select) trim. Very fast, reliable, quietest cabin ever. Will get a GT as soon as the lease ends.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Our salesperson Garrett was patient, respectful, and helpful in selling us our car. He took the time to explain the procedure overall. He is a good upfront representative of Hiley Hyundai. Great dealership!

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

My wife and I came in to essentially browse and compare vehicles on Saturday 08/16. We ended up speaking with John Cummings, who was extremely friendly, concise, to the point, and not pushy at all. He also was very honest and transparent during the entire ordeal. Having worked in a car dealer as a master tech for a good portion of my career, I typically am pretty good at picking up on red flags from shoddy salesmen, and I did not get any indication what so ever that John had any of those qualities. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade, which we really liked. I was up front with John on my financing expectations, and also requested that we get the vehicle on a lift for a visual inspection. There was a slight miscommunication between John and management, and they were not able to accommodate my request. What they did offer is the fact that Hiley, and themselves fully believed in their products they were selling, and that they knew for a fact there was nothing majorly wrong with the vehicle. Both Rusty the used car director, and the finance manager Lori gave me verbal confirmation that we could back out of the deal, post down payment, if I got it to my shop on Monday and found something catastrophic. I'm happy to report the vehicle was exactly as they advertised and promised. Next we dealt with Lori, the finance manager for all of the closing paperwork. She was very friendly and a straight shooter as well. She also was not overly pushy with any of the extended warranty plans or any other areas for upselling, as per usual in the finance department. Overall, we had a VERY pleasant experience between dealing with John and Lori. We did have one minor hiccup, which as of 08/18 I am waiting to see if John can possibly do anything for us, the spare key fob does not work with the vehicle, even though it has a new battery. I will revise this review once that issue is fully addressed and/or resolved. If you're looking for an honest salesman that won't lie to make a buck, or push a bunch of up selling onto you, ask for John Cummings.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.
