The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.
