Faulkner Toyota TrevoseReviews
Faulkner Toyota Trevose review
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you did for me today at Faulkner Toyota. From the beginning, you made the entire process fun, easy, and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how trustworthy you were throughout the whole deal. You told me what you were going to do, you gave me your word, and you delivered on everything you promised. Getting a new 4Runner is exciting, but having someone like you make the experience so smooth makes it that much better. I really appreciate the time, effort, and honesty you put into helping me get exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for a Toyota, and I?ll definitely be coming back to you in the future.

Maria warms very detailed in explaining what work was needed on my vehicle, and what the cost of each item would be. And she contacted me frequently through the day to give me the status of the work.

Grace Auto Group review
Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

Grace Auto Group review
Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C
