They're organized and have fabulous customer service. They extended a warranty claim to me that saved me a lot of money. I trust their advice. 2017 Ford Transit-150 review
This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
