I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. I think we got off to a less than stellar start relative to a pre-owned vehicle. As I recall I was handed off to more than one person. When I finally landed with Zack Koval, everything changed to better than a 100% effort on my behalf! Zack was the greatest, I could even talk to him at his off-hour(s). If Zack did not have my answer, he got it. I was pleasantly surprised because someone cared! Zack cared!!!

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell.
