Got a tow to the dealership on Saturday evening, the service person called someone on their day off to make sure they could address it first thing Monday. Went over and above to make sure they could fix it and get me back on my way. Communication was great, and it turned out it was a recall part, they fixed it and I was back on my way on Monday evening with no cost to me. Highly recommend the service department here!

I stopped by the lot to see the car, but it had just arrived and was in service. Tom told me it should be ready to test drive within a few days. I gave him my number, and he was great about updating me on the status of the car. Buying the car was a smooth process too. My trade-in was appraised as I was test driving the vehicle. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted while keeping my payments reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire process, which is how buying a car should be.
