We have dealt with Preston previously and have never been unhappy with their service - both in purchasing a vehicle and when the vehicle had to come in for routine service or minor concerns with the vehicle. This was our first service call for this vehicle and we are very pleased with what was done and the service the staff provided.

This truck meets all my needs. It is comfortable to drive with all the towing features we were looking for. The truck is roomy and the media screen is easy to use. The truck also has a number of safety features, easy to find and use USB and 110 volt plug in's.
Brian was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the KIA Sportage & Sorento. He was very attentive. He was the only sales person working on a snowy bad weather day - excellent work ethic. Kept in touch with us continually & followed through on all requests. GREAT sales person!!!

So far so good, wish it would get better gas mileage. Enjoying the sun roof and great features. It will meet my needs and expectations.
Andrew Hopkins went above and beyond when discussing the features and finalizing the purchase on our new Escape. In addition, he delivered the vehicle to our establishment the same day we agreed to a deal. I could not ask for a better experience!

the air vents on my 2009 king ranch and 2015 expedition are circular with possible 360 degree rotation and variable close positions. much better than those on my 2018 F-150 platinum. info system when i have the navigation in the full screen mode there is no indication of radio information. have to go to the multiscreen mode. on my 2015 expedition i can full screen map and radio information. much nicer
This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.

3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?

This car was exactly what I was looking for. Great styling, easy up and down on the top. More than adequate power. Dealer not so great. I looked at and bought the car on a rainky day, my bad. Missed the fact that it had mismatched tires and two gouges in the sidewall on the right front. Had to buy a new set of tires. Not expecting that. Dealer would offer no assistance as I drove it out their door..

Very quiet, comfortable vehicle for our travels on the road. Fold down back seat provides for plenty of cargo. Leg room and power seats are appreciated.
This is my fourth Ford truck. First was a Ranger, then an XLT, then a Lariat. This King Ranch fulfills my bucket list. Have had it only a week but it looks and drives great. Very comfortable ride.
This car (2019 Ford Edge Titanium 2WD) has surprised me in the power and handling it has. Easy to merge on Interstates with short entry ramps, great handling, lots of cargo space. It has taken a bit to get us to the placement of all the controls, having moved from a 2016 Prius. The infotainment center is excellent and the Sync 3 system is easy to use. If you are looking for a new (or late model) vehicle, you really should consider looking at an Edge.
I owned o e for 8 years and totaled it and found a newer one and had to buy it because I NEVER had any issues with it and loved everything about it. The newer ones have 4 cylinders and mine has a V6. I don’t like the newer ones!
I saw the Ford Focus Electric online and thus started my new car journey which led me to requesting an online quote. I was immediately contacted by Bill Woods who offered any assistance that I may need. I put a lot of mileage on my vehicles due to my working and hour from home so trade in value and lost equity were big concerns for me. I saw the Chevy Volt on their website and thought that may be a better alternative even though I love my Fords. I was not interested in a hybrid and the car has to be visually appealing as well as energy and gas efficient. So several emails later after giving Bill my current vehicle stats, trade in estimate, lean payoff and my list of demands that would have to happen to make me purchase a new vehicle, we scheduled an appointment that Friday. Having a very realistic picture of where I was at in my current vehicle and then trying to purchase a new vehicle I went in with a casual "this probably won't happen" attitude. We drove the Volt and I was hooked so we started the process of trade in appraisal, bank financing and negotiating. Bill was running around checking on things and checking with finance and keeping me in the loop of every detail of the process. He was more excited at one point more than I was and told me he was confident the team would make it happen for me. After an exhausting fight I am sure for the finance team, Bill came back with a deal that was too perfect not to take so I took the deal. I almost hugged him. So Bill made all the arrangements with insurance, getting the car prepared and even went out to educate himself on my new electric car. The final loan paperwork and warranty review was a breeze and I got everything I wanted at the monthly payment I needed and I am an extremely happy camper thanks to Bill and the Preston Team.

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .
Our purchase went very smoothly. We bought a beautiful used Ford Explorer and the process went very smoothly. We knew exactly what we needed and how much we could spend and there wasn't any typical go around with a car salesman. We got the car we wanted and a deal we could afford. Bill Woods was very competent and very helpful. He was also very pleasant to work with. We love our new car!

Smooth ride, comfortable and roomy. Bought the extra cab version of the 2018 F-150 with the 2.7 Eco boost engine. Good gas mileage and great performace (STX). The turbo packs a punch!
