I drive over 2 hours (and pass other Honda Dealerships) to get our HRV serviced at Andy Mohr Bloomington IN. Chris in Service department is prompt and knowledgeable of what we need now as well as taking the time to talk to us about neede maintenance for the future.

2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

Reached out to the dealership about a car I was interested in. Salesman let me know upfront that it was actually going to auction because of issues they couldn’t fix. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

We drove down from Lafayette, IN., about 2 hours away. Saw the car on cars.com. Called to check that it was still available and they were waiting for us when we got there. 2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I needed to find a Quality vehicle at a reasonable price on the fly. Tony Martindale hooked me up with a used Honda Accord that was much better than I thought I might find that day. The office staff was friendly and they had me on the road in less than an hour!!! Very good experience.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

If you need a new car in the Bloomington, IN area I suggest going to Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and asking for Ali Dunn. I brought my old car in to the dealership to have my transmission looked at. The next day they had determined I needed a new transmission altogether and I decided the car was not worth the cost to fix it. I needed a new car quickly and luckily the salesperson that I meet was Ali. She was very professional from the minute that I meet her. Her knowledge of the vehicles was extensive and she answered every question that I had. I purchased the vehicle that fit my needs, but with in a week of driving it I noticed a few small dents. They were small and not noticeable unless you drove the car every day like I was doing. I contacted Ali and she took care of the issue. I brought my car in and the dents were removed that same day. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and Ali Dunn.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

After doing some damage to my 2017 Mazda 6, and getting into mountain biking with my best buddy. I thought that a CX-9 would better be set up for getting around places and much better visibility. My brother is the only Mazda Master Mechanic in southern Indiana and I asked him who was the best salesman there and he said Don Hamrick. And that had know him a number of years and purchased a number of cars from him. Don was great and when through all the books with me, but most were similar to the Mazda 6 that I had. Then Mark was ready for me and he was great, even got me a whole percentage point lower that I had been paying and a lower payment. Over all it was an outstanding experience. I am stuck on Mazdas for life. And Royal South Mazda Volvo dealership for life.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

After looking for good price on a hybrid Toyota Highlander and checking with every dealer within a 100 mile radius of Indianapolis, I finally found Royal South Toyota and a salesman named Connor Avera. Connor and Royal South were by far the most responsive. They provided me with the best price and the least amount of hassle and haggling. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. While I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to Bloomington, they got me in and out in less than and hour because they had all of the paperwork and loan documents ready to go. A experience. I will be back for our next Toyota.

This car is sporty, a very comfortable ride, handles beautifully!! I feel safe while driving, and mine is the red only made in 21, and I think it catches eyes going down the road!! I love it!

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.
