Classic Ford review
I had an appointment on August 20th for a recall on a 2022 Ford F150. I arrived early and Dane Hedgepeth took me as soon I walked in. They checked the recall and Dane came and got me, explained everything to me and was very polite, helpful, and gave me a card in case I had any questions. He is so asset to Classic Ford of Smithfield.

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

Johnson Hyundai of Apex review
We recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited from Johnson Hyundai of Apex, and Omar made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was extremely patient, friendly, honest, and understanding throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped us with good financial choices, handled our trade-in smoothly, and made sure everything was taken care of exactly the way we needed. What really stood out was how responsive and professional he was, always answering calls and texts quickly and following up without delay. Omar genuinely cares about his customers and made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. We absolutely love our new car and highly recommend working with Omar if you visit Johnson Hyundai of Apex!

Leith Volkswagen of CaryReviews
Leith Volkswagen of Cary review
I had a fantastic experience buying my car and received exceptional service from start to finish from my sales person Christian Larsen. He listened to me hearing exactly what I was looking for, and said I will find this vehicle for you and will in be in touch in a few days. Two days later Christian called me and said “ma’am I found your car.” We set an appointment, Christian took me very thoroughly through all the features of the car and stood by me through the end to end process. Christian was so polite and so knowledgeable and never once made me feel pressured through any part of the process. He genuinely seemed to want the best fit for me. I actually felt great comfort that he stood by me through the process. Christian Larsen is the epitome of TRUE customer service.

Two weeks ago we bought a Tucson Hybrid Blue Edition 2026 and the attention exceeded our expectations. The advisor Gustavo made the purchase process much more practical. Now we enjoy our vehicle and hope to return soon for another one. Family Benavidez Varela
