2025 Ford Escape PHEV review
I was first leaning toward a mazda 50, but when I decided on phev due to my numerous trips under 10 miles, I was drawn to 25 escape phev. Great level of standard features. Very shopable, very good discounts. I keep hearing how it has inferior interior materials, but honestly, my camry was not as nice. And as far as comfort, i love the upright tall sitting position, its a personal preference. The standard screen is great, very friendly. My electric range, set at 90% is around 24 to 28 miles. Not bad at all. Road trip with no plug in was 38 mpg. Nice transition toward all electric.

Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.
2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Excellent experience buying a 2020 Ford Expedition Limited MAX SUV because my salesperson, Carmine Randello was honest and helpful rather than pushy. Carmine had a way of making me want the car without trying to make me want it.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

Sayville Ford review
My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

Stevens 112 Ford review
Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Met Dennis, the finance guy, took care of everything. WOW!!! Everything went smooth. Professionalism and Honesty. Thank you Stevens 112 FORD of Patchougue, Long Island in New York.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

We were greeted with a smiling face from Gerard. He answered all our questions. Took us to see cars available, but I got attached to the s portage parked outside. He treated us so nice. No pressure. Said, if we need anything, don’t hesitate to call or come in. It was a great experience.
2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Hertz Car Sales Smithtown review
Bought my 2018 4Runner from them. Good "No haggle" price. In spite of the "Covid" restrictions the process went smoothly. Their "Detail Center" was closed due to the restrictions so they gave me a "We owe" on the cleaning and detail.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!
2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
