This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Always excellent service care at Brattleboro Subaru. Also effective in Sales dept where we purchased several Subarus. Helpful in sales selection. I have never found a better dealer and service.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

After high winds I was pretty sure I had a tree limb lodged underneath the truck, dragging on the ground making a horrible noise. They booked me in the next morning and didn't charge me for a service appointment. And they were pleasant too!

I have had eight Cadillac Escalades, and this is the best SUV I’ve ever had. Ford just has it together! I’m on to my 1st Navigator

Service is great every time I go to Townsend Ford. I get the ?Works? oil change and I like how they check my tires, fluids and etc.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I’ve only had my Bronco for a little over month now and have only driven it for 2 weeks because I was away but I am very pleased with it and highly recommend it. My last vehicle was a Jeep which I drove for 10 years and never reached 60,000 miles. I am confident that my Bronco Sport will serve me just as well as the Jeep.

Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

Service staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Repairs were done promptly. Had to have door locks fixed (first time was under old management Rountree Ford. Staff was great. Waiting area comfortable and accessible.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Granite Auto Sales is awesome! Were looking for a safe car for our daughter and had lots of Subaru choices. Dan was super helpful and made the buying process so easy. Have already recommended to friends!

Purchased in 2000 for work. I’m a hospice nurse & was killing our family car as much as I was on the road. Needed 4WD since rural driveways & roads can be challenging. Other than the normal repairs on a 20 yr old truck, this is the most reliable truck, new & used, I’ve ever owned. I wouldn’t trade it for anything on the market & plan on handing it down to my 2 yr old grandson when it’s time.

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! 10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.
