AutoNation USA ChandlerReviews
AutoNation USA Chandler review
I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. I walked in worried and uncertain, and I drove away in a beautiful 2021 SUV feeling like a million bucks! ❤️ Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Tracy. I will never forget how you treated me. You have a customer and a fan for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Awesome experience. Josh the General Manager and the entire team are great to deal with. Kelsey the sales associate and Elmore the sales manager were fun, upfront and very professional. Trevor in finance explained all of my options and helped me decide on the best way to finance my quality pre-owned truck. David Duffey the customer satisfaction director has stayed in touch to make sure everything is good. If you are looking for a world class purchase experience, go see the team at Courtesy CJDR!

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Our sales person was great and very open to negotiating. The financing experience was also relatively quick and painless. They treated us like fellow human beings!

Carz R Us LLCReviews
Carz R Us LLC review
Kevin was absolutely amazing in being honest and truthful about my car! My bank was giving me issues so he recommended me go to a different credit union and they gave me half of the interest rate that my bank was going to. Not only that, but he let me take the car that I was purchasing to the bank to apply for this auto loan, That’s not trusted humanity I don’t know what is! Absolutely great place to buy a car and very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend going here!

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given

We looked at several trucks at the Mesa Main street location and I believe James was honest with us. He was never pushy and seemed to just want to make us happy. We did not end up buying a truck from them but I would shop there again.
