Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

It was an easy process and they were really accommodating to what I was looking for. Found the car I was looking for and the price I was able to afford.
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Mercedes-Benz of AkronReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Akron review
I recently purchased an AMG SL55 from Akron Mercedes-Benz, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful since you don't have the opportunity to see or drive it in person, but Tyler Garcia made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Tyler took the time to provide a detailed video walkaround of the car, carefully inspecting every body panel, wheel, and feature so I knew exactly what I was buying. The car arrived exactly as represented—in absolutely pristine condition. Throughout the process, Tyler was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He answered every question promptly, kept me informed at every step, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. The paperwork was straightforward and hassle-free, making the transaction incredibly easy. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years, and this was, without question, the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. After the paperwork was completed and the wire transfer was received, my car was loaded onto a transport truck within 48 hours and delivered to my home just 24 hours later. That's truly first-class service. If you're considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz—whether you're local or buying from out of state—I highly recommend Tyler Garcia and the team at Akron Mercedes-Benz. They made what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase feel effortless, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
2021 Genesis GV80 review
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

2023 Genesis GV80 review
I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

CarMax Charleston review
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman who listened to my needs, did not pressure me & delivered for both me and the dealership.
2026 Genesis GV80 review
Beautiful inside and out. Outstanding value for the price point. The car makes you feel both comfortable and proud. When in “comfort” mode, you know it’s made for the cruise road trip compared to the more responsive European competitors, however a large portion of that can be made up with driving in sport mode. You do, of course, give up fuel economy to get there, guess it depends on what you want. I have driven BMWs or Audis (9 different cars over the last 20 years, all new when purchased) and I have absolutely no regrets in buying the GV80. The car is wonderful from top to bottom. It is a true competitor to its European rivals and wins in many, many categories

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.
