visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

He also knows about all the technology that comes with the GV80. He made the entire sales process very smooth. He's a true professional.

Might be the best car I have ever owned. Don’t be deceived by the published range … the regenerative breaking as miles to your range. Unlike older EV’s there is not A decrease in the range when using heat or AC. Styling is excellent… power is incredible.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I was very pleased with the level of service I received while purchasing my new Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid. They were very through in explaining everything. What most impressed me, was that they were the only dealership willing to sell me a car that wasn't in their inventory.

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A 2023 GENESIS GV70 2.5 STANDARD FOR MANY MONTHS. I'VE LOCATED A FEW AT A FEW OTHER DEALERS, BUT I CHOSE GENESIS OF CERRITOS DUE TO HONESTY, QUICKNESS, AND EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DANIEL WOO AND STAFF! I GIVE 5 STARS TO NORM REEVES GENESIS OF CERRITOS!

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

Regarding salesman Ernesto: Although I did not end up purchasing a Genesis I would like to provide an excellent recommendation for Ernesto. He was the kindest and most knowledge person out of all the dealerships we visited regarding knowledge about your line of autos (sales person) we have run across during this current car shopping escade we've been going through. I would have loved to have given Ernesto our business however I really wanted a rear view digital display mirror and the GV 60 doesn't offer that and the other vehicles that come with that feature in the Genisis line are just too big for me. I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

I recently completed my due diligence in selecting a new car and selected the new '26 GV70. I visited several dealers and selected So. Bay Genesis. My first visit was OK, but the salesman never followed through. I went back several days later and met David Martinez. I explained that I had visited the dealer before and didn't want to cause any problems, but I sensed that David would be my guy. He answered all my questions and those that he didn't, he said he'd get back to me. As soon as I was home, he called and provided the answers to my questions. He was attentive, and his follow-up was spot on. The process was simple, easy and I received a more than fair price. I would highly recommend David if you’re looking for a sales individual that follows through, answers your questions and is delightful to work with, no pressure! My old car was a Macan S that was great, but the new GV70 (same size) comes with everything, except a trailer hitch, lol. It's an amazing car that is quieter than anything I've ever owned and quick.
