This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

This crew is AWESOME! From the very first second I talked to them on the phone, I knew this place was different. The guys were so sweet and know his stuff. Walked in and Rupert was just as great. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences ever. They showed me the car I was first looking at then 1-2 more options. I ended up going with one of the alt. options that actually had better equipment but at the same price.

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Some items with the car needed to be taken care of and Matt made sure that happened. Purchasing a car at this dealership was amazing. All the employees seemed happy, friendly, and professional . I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

The G90 is an excellent vehicle. I have owned Cadillac, Lincoln, and Lexus, this 2021 and the 2018 G90's I owned are by far my best owned autos. With the Lincolns and Cadillacs I was on a first name basis with the service manager. The Genesis's only went back to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. What more can I say, luxury, performance, attention to detail and overall quality are all outstanding.

Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Very professional staff, comfortable surroundings and did not take up too much of my time. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Fantastic car with E-supercharged V6! Super luxury interior! Incredible value for money! Great speaker system! Way better than Lexus LS! If Genesis put a smooth V8 in there that would just be the icing on the cake! I am keeping this car for many years to come! Excellent replacement for my 2019 BMW 760 Xdrive! Do not hesitate to get this car!

Except for a couple of niggling glitches (like a window shade) that had to be repaired, this is the best and most comfortable car that I have ever owned. The matte grey paint can't be washed in a car wash, because they use a final wax spray, I can drive around in a dirty car forever and no one will really notice. It may also be "stealth" to radar cameras.

Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.
