Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
Within minutes of requesting information on my CX-9 via the website, I received a call from my sales representative, Chad Dewald. That was the beginning of the excellent service I received from him and the entire dealership. The evening we drove down from Ann Arbor to purchase the car we met the owner, Bill Gaietto, who offered to deliver the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. We didn't think he meant personally, but he and Chad were at our house the very next day. I'm truly glad we bought our car from Mazda Direct and this great team. Thanks for an awesome car and buying experience!

I’ve owned my LaCrosse for nearly three years. I’m just as in love with it today, as I was the day I purchased it. Very roomy, nice quiet ride made for the highway, with lots of power. (V6) the only thing I would want to add, Is more USB ports. There’s only one. When traveling, definitely need more to accommodate all passengers.
Mazda Direct was very efficient in servicing my Miata. Great service manager. Quick service and even washed my car.
Nice Jeep for the money

The 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet is a nice combination of truck like feel with the luxury amenities of higher priced vehicles. Maintenance and attention may be higher than others, but a great american made vehicle.
Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
I bought the 08 with <28Kmiles. It was in pristine condition and came fully loaded with all top quality options you could want- the Tuscanny conversion is much more luxurious than the explorer or majestic.
This vehicle handles great- the super duty E-250 chassis with the 5.4L V-8 are a terrific combo- very quiet and solid ride and also is sturdy enough to handle windy conditions when other vans, rvs, semis are being blown around. The traction control gives great handling on wet/snowy roads. I've owned several conversion vans and none of them even come close to the quality and performance of this one!
Excellent well built and very nice design. Great color-black champagne. Great looking when waxed. Extremely dependable. Great car for commuting or just enjoying the road. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
Nice people. Always so easy to schedule for an appointment. Sara is helpful with answering questions. Great place to buy a vehicle, new ir used.
4Runners are the best

I love my 4Runner. My last one have over 200k miles and almost no maintenance issues. This one seems to be the identical sequel. It goes everywhere I need to go and meets all of my outdoor activity needs.
Tenley Reid was fantastic to work with. Her customer service was exceptional and she made this process so easy for us. We were able to confidentially buy a car without even stepping foot into the dealership and what a convenience it was to have the car delivered to us.
Ample room for a growing family.

The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. Couldn’t recommend Lexus of Toledo more based on this experience. If you’re looking for a great no BS experience, go see Mo.
Just purchased a sle off road.

It was love at first sight. Have only put 200 miles on it but I have felt no issues with the 8 speed trans. Shifts smoothly and timely. The V-6 has plenty of power and tows the same weight as my old 09 Silverado 4x4. I'm hoping this will be a long lasting truck. Living in NY I made sure to get undercoating and rust proofing and a 100k warranty
LEXUS OF TOLEDO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIVE IN CLEVELAND AND DID NOT GET THIS TYPE OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. I DID BUY A LEXUS 350ES AND BROUGHT IT HOME TODAY. THE SALESMAN WAS SCOTT. I DID ALOT OF E-MAILS AND RESEARCH ON THE CAR FIRST, ONLINE AND BASICALLY NEGOCIATED ONLINE. I ALSO HAD A TRADE-IN AND THEY WERE VERY FAIR WITH IT. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM THE TOLEDO AREA AND HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVING THERE, I WILL DEFINEATELY PASS WITH WORD. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR.

Great gas mileage. Around 50 mpg. If I hated everything about the car 50 mpg sold me anyway. However, it rides nice, it has plenty of space even in the back seats for someone who is 6’0-6’2. I really have no problems at all with the car. Happy to own it and would buy it again.
Friendly staff. We weren't sure if we could get approved for the car we wanted and they went over and above to get us the car we wanted.
Exotic performance sport car at a reachable price
by Very dissapointed Stingray owner, look elsewhere from South Texas

This car has great handling, strong engine, extraordinary external and interior looks. Looks like an exotic sport car (Ferrari, Lamborguini), and drives like one. Is amazing the close to the floor seating feeling with an almost jet cockpit design interior, many electronic features, the NAPA red interior is lovely. The only thing wrong is the poor reliability of this car, very bad compared to the excellent Japanese reliability, and the resale value compared to what it cost you is terrible. My prior '14 Camaro ZL1 and my '11 Mustang GT had much better reliability compared to the Stingray's reliability, GM went quality cheap with their Sport car flagship: Corvette.
This has to be one of the best , most time efficient and pleasant car buying experience ever for me. Everything was well handled over the phone in advance and I literally had to spent the least time at the dealership . I traded in a Camry XLE V6 for an ES350. Couldn't be happier . It was well worth the drive from Cleveland .
Special thanks to Austin , Chris and Rick from Sales, Finance and service Dept respectively for their outstanding help.
Highly recommended dealer. A+++
Best all-around Car

The GX 460 is a great family car that provides a third row and great leg room. The gas mileage is dismal at a 15 mpg average, but the growl the car makes when you start it almost makes it worth it.
I was interested in a Lexus they had advertised so, sent an online an online inquiry. No one contacted me for days. than, I got an email from an management person asking me how my experience was and, what can they do to more for me. I responded back and told him that no one contacted me. I than got an email from a salesperson within hours. I was a t work at the time but had already put a deposit with another dealer.

The RX 350 met all of my needs and more! Very comfortable and smooth drive. The RX makes it easy to navigate, call and listen to the radio without taking your eyes of the road.
This is the truck to buy for people who need a real truck and a reliable truck. Tows my boat AWESOME. Spacious. Backup camera is really convenient. Truck handles nicely. It feels good driving. It looks good. It's great all around.
This car was a great transition from my Nissan Frontier Truck. I was looking at Ford Flex, Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. The expectations I have are all satisfied in the Highlander. Needed a large enough car to haul my family around, and my ton and a half of clay and equipment.
This vehicle has a lot to offer in the spectrum of stylish exterior and a cockpit essence of the interior. Similar competitors in this segment have a more kick, and maybe better gas mileage. In 2018/2019, achieving 24 mpg on average with premium gasoline for not much speed feels terrible. I am currently downsizing this vehicle for something more practical.
Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
