Trust AutoReviews
Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.

2 Manny's Auto SalesReviews
2 Manny's Auto Sales review
I bought the car at the end of last year, and I really appreciated how I was able to test drive it three different times without any pressure to make a decision. Unlike many other dealerships, there was no pushing, no unnecessary add‑ons being forced, and no aggressive upselling — everything was handled calmly and professionally. That level of confidence and professionalism from the dealer stood out to me. The car itself has been running great and is more fuel‑efficient than I expected. There are a couple of tiny issues, but honestly, fixing small things here and there is part of the fun of owning a used car. Tristan was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and made me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend working with him.

Super welcoming staff. Asking if they can get you something to drink, even if they weren’t waiting on you. Knowledge of their products was good and super helpful. No pressure to buy on the spot like some places. Overall great experience. Shout out to Mike Turovsky!

Paley Auto GroupReviews
Paley Auto Group review
Talked to Jesse Gump at Paley auto group in Columbus. We talked and made a tentative agreement on a car I wanted. I traveled from Pittsburgh to Columbus by bus to see the vehicle. There are things you can’t do over the phone. I crawled under and around the vehicle for a good half hour fourth five minutes. It was just as Jesse told me plus the extra stuff I looked at underneath. Test ride was like riding with your best friend. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car business and very honest about what he didn’t know. I felt comfortable with him. He is a good man not some firecracker salesman. They worked with me at every turn and I drove the vehicle back to Pittsburgh. Thanks you you all at Paley auto group

Discount Auto review
I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
