Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
My 1999 Cadillac Deville started overheating which left me without a car and I've always had a reliable vehicle. Upon filling out a small form on their web site they immediately took over all the hassle of buying another vehicle. They had a 2013 Mazda 3 with low mileage and looks new that was delivered to me in the Dayton area within three days and I will NEVER buy from another dealership! Professional and yet highly personal.... so walk in there with the confidence you will be treated with respect and budget minded options.

I had contacted sales/finance guy KC Markley a couple times to tell him what I was looking for and by the time I went in he had picked out a couple of options for me to drive. I went in and left with a 2016 Kia and the process was easy and he explained everything great and answered all the questions I had. Recommend this place and KC 100%.
Courtesy Automotive was great to deal with when we bought my husband's car. I emailed the car I saw and was interested in test driving, they confirmed the car would be there on Saturday for the test drive. They guaranteed that the price I saw online would be the price we paid for the car. By getting pre-approved thru our bank we sped up the time it takes to buy a car and they appreciated it.
