The transaction was seamless: the truck was shipped and arrived in perfect condition, and all title documentation was correct. What truly impressed me was the follow-through. A week after the sale was finalized, the truck developed a major mechanical issue. Without any haggling or avoidance ("not my problem"), Matt immediately took full responsibility and ensured the problem was resolved, simply by doing the right thing. I highly recommend his services and give this experience five stars, plus a few more if possible.
