Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.
This is a friendly, no frills, no high pressure sales tactics place to by a used car at across the board great prices. Ask for Tim he will work to get your deal done and get you financed even with bad credit. They won't leave you high and dry if there are any issues. I've been treated with care and respect after having an issue with my vehicle right after my purchase. They gave me a loaner and fixed everything free of charge.
Noah greeted me in the car lot as I was looking, typical thing to happen at a dealership. However at no time while talking to Noah did I ever feel pressured, obligated or judged. That was a great feeling of relief and allowed me to enjoy my car buying experience unlike most sales members that I have dealt with in the past. Noah always got me an answer in a timely manner and never left me waiting or guessing. I truly appreciate everything. The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, don't leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. God Bless!

Drove from Lincolnton up to C&J after exhaustive search that took me from Lincolnton to Mooresville to Huntersville and Gastonia.Stopped in Hickory as well.Had my eye on C&Jonline.Read other customer reviews and the theme throughout was how they were treated by the folks there.Took a chance,made the drive and drove every truck on the lot.It was a tough decision.All I drove were in the best condition,clean and ran well.Von was more helpful in answering questions about the vehicles than any salesman on any lot anywhere I’d been.James and Von made the buying experience easy as pie.If you want a clean,well running vehicle it will be very worthwhile making the drive.Exceptional experience.Thanks guys! I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. While I did not get the opportunity to purchase a vehicle (the one I was looking at got sold, great vehicle at a really GREAT price and low low miles); someone else picked up this vehicle before I could. Nick was quick to let me know before I could get too invested and was trying to locate me one to my specifications.
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
I have to say they have an excellent internet team...they were not pushy like a lot of dealers are...I needed information and received it with no problems... I'm still looking for a certain vehicle at a good price...they are right in line on there pricing with other dealers....I would recommend talking to them and see if you agree...There EXCELLENT
