Turns out I had a major problem with my engine and I was 23 miles passed my warranty. I thought I was going to have to get a loan to fix it. The service department contacted Toyota for me and pushed the issue until Toyota decided to cover everything....parts, labor and rental when they could have just given me the finger. I will never bring my truck anywhere else for service than Hampton and I will be a return buyer for sure. My salesman couldn't have been nicer and the service department saved my life financially. They have earned my undying loyalty.

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

2024 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

So, this is a first for me! Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, made our experience super easy. We talked to four different people from start to finish for various parts of the deal, and I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on us. Everyone was very upfront and transparent. We went in super informed, knowing exactly what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the minimum we were willing to accept for our trade-in. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we got an awesome deal. The experience was so great that now I want to trade my Honda in for a Ford just because of how well we were treated!
2022 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.
