2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

THIS WAS THE VERY BEST TRUCK I EVER OWNED AND OPERATED AS A HOT SHOT TRUCK OPERATOR. I RAN FROM COAST TO COAST WITH THIS VEHICLE, PULLING A 40 FOOT GOOSENECK TRAILER, WHILE MOVING ELECTRICAL SUPPLYS TO INSALLATION SPECIALISTS. NEVER HAD ONE MINUTES TROUBLE FROM THE TRUCK.

Yes, I had my guard up after all the financing and heavy down payments other dealerships we're asking for before even giving me attention. The showroom was clean and the lot had so many dream cars. I'm writing this review since the single star reviews show the lack of reading details about add on features. Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I've referred family and friends, all had exceptional purchasing experiences and I'll get my next vehicle here as well.
2012 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Best HD truck. I have 120,000 miles on it. More city driving then highways. Never had a problem. Just got a full tune up. I pull race trailers with no problems. Only thing I don't like it where the touch screen/Nav is. It's too low. Other than that the truck is amazing. GM makes great HD truck.

We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

This is the most comfortable heavy duty pick up I've ever ridden in. Amazing mileage(20mpg) Highway unloaded, 15 city; from a 1 Ton dually ! Handles very well , Quiet, great visibility even when backing up. Super Reliable! Can tow 22000 lbs in fifth wheel towing configuration!
