Great MPG 21 on hwy, great people comfort, controls easy to understand, has a touch screen, comfortable and quiet riding with little wind noise.. GMC had some transmission problems which they repaired but wife didn’t trust it .. traded it for a 2020 Lexus LS570.. bad MISTAKE

Our 2016 Yukon Denali has been everything we wanted in a car. It’s comfortable and the kids love it. The DVD player is a major bonus. And the dvd screen is very clear. Only thing Ive notice with these GM vehicles is the air filtration is terrible. We smell every older rig on the road. Beside that we are very happy with our purchase. The black with the led lights looks very sharp.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Engine light came on, rough shifting, Adam in Service dept fit my truck in for diagnostics within a week. Tech found bad coil, replaced and repaired, also suggested new wires and battery was needing to be replace really low crank, all work completed and again on the road after 310,000 miles. I have had only good experiences with the service department staff and techs. Sometimes it cost some money but its a machine and if you take care or it, it will last.

Friendly and helpfully on all needs I would go back to them if I ever need another car

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales.
