2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Daniel from the service department was excellent. Very professional very informative and made me feel very safe that my car was going to be taken care of. So definitely I would like to thank the team of Lorenzo's service department. I highly recommend them.
2021 GMC Yukon XL review
This Yukon XL has exceeded our expectations. We upgraded from a 2014 XL and it's like apples and oranges. From a size standpoint, the new design allows my 6'6 son to sit in the 3rd row. Not possible on the 2014 xl. Also, they have upgraded all of the finishes and with the new 10 speed tranny the XL drives and feels amazing. We also opted for the 3.0 diesel as that's what was available. We didn't even test drive one as they are hard to find - but man are we happy with the engine, gas mileage, and just how quiet it is. In city driving we're getting about 22 mpg, and then on highway expect to get about 27. Safety features and heads up display all work great. And, the sunroof thing is amazingly huge. Well done GMC and I highly recommend the Yukon XL to anyone that needs to move people in comfort. :)

Great on line communication. Ended up purchasing closer to home. Their Tundra’s were priced at a good price.
2016 GMC Yukon XL review
Outstanding Family SUV - 8 Years of Reliable Service I’ve owned my 2016 Yukon Denali XL since it rolled off the lot, and it’s been an exceptional vehicle for our family. The ride quality is remarkably smooth, even on longer road trips, which makes every journey comfortable for all passengers. As a family SUV, this vehicle truly excels. The spacious interior easily accommodates our entire family with room to spare, and the third-row seating is actually usable for adults, not just kids. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power when you need it while remaining surprisingly efficient for a vehicle of this size - the cylinder deactivation technology (V4 mode) really does make a difference at the pump during highway cruising. The technology package has been a real highlight. The heads-up display keeps important information right in my line of sight, which enhances both convenience and safety. The rear entertainment system with headsets has been a lifesaver on family road trips, keeping the kids happily occupied for hours. My only complaint over eight years of ownership has been some paint fading on the hood, which seems to be a minor cosmetic issue that doesn’t affect the vehicle’s performance or my overall satisfaction. If you’re looking for a full-size SUV that combines luxury, space, capability, and comfort, the Yukon Denali XL is hard to beat. Highly recommended for families!

CarMax South Boulevard review
I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !
2018 GMC Yukon XL review
I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Sheehan Buick GMC review
Yada, our salesperson, was a great resource for learning about the vehicle and differences from our last GM model. Worked with my wife Cheryl and I for quite a while and very patient when we were discussing items. Overall, after over 30 vehicles purchased since 1976, I would say this was one of the BEST EXPERIENCES with a dealership and sales support. KUDOS to Yada and the team at Sheehan! Please recognize Yada for his exemplary professionalism. We will be sending all of our social contacts to Yada when they are looking to purchase another vehicle.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek review
Even though I didn’t buy my car here, I decided to bring it to Lou Bachrodt for its regular maintenance because, while the sales experience at my original dealership was great, their service department and maintenance were completely unsatisfactory. Making that switch was the best decision! From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmly. The service was impeccable, communication was constant throughout the process, and everyone was always smiling and professional. Highly recommended!
