I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Trecek Automotive! One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. The test drives were going to help us to make the decision for when we were ready to purchase in a few months. Kipp was the one to assist us. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. To be honest we would have walked away anytime throughout the process since we were in no hurry to buy. Kipp gave us our space but yet was there to answer any of my MANY MANY questions. We ended up purchasing the truck about a week later at a price we felt very comfortable with. Before leaving the dealership that day, Eric was there to make sure we knew how to use all the features offered and help us to get our Onstar set up properly. This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

My Silverado started losing power while traveling from Illinois to Wausau last Friday night. Called Trecek in the morning. Got me in but were booked up and told me they couldn't probably look at my truck until Tuesday. Dropped it off and secured other transportation. While driving back to Illinois on Monday, got a call from Trecek. My truck was done. They had a cancellation and were able to bump me up and get it fixed (they knew I'd be passing by on my way home on Monday). So I was able to return the other car and not have to make another trip back up to pick up my truck. The repair was good, and they coordinated all with my warranty company as well. Travis in the service department was great.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

Went to Hwy 13 Motors to look for a used SUV to purchase as a second car. The dealer had a good selection of decent cars, trucks and SUVs. We picked out a nice Jeep. The dealer was honest about a very minor issue the Jeep had. He offered to have it repaired or offered we could repair it and he would reduce the price. We opted to repair the issue, which was very minor, and the dealer gave us a very generous amount off the purchase price to cover it which was way more than the repair cost. We appreciated he worked with us on price and was very honest and patient as we test drove and examined the vehicle. We had a good experience and the purchase was easy and friendly. We really love our 'new' used Jeep!

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

The service was done in a timely manner. The service representatives were friendly and professional. Their oil change is cheaper than where i normally go in my hometown.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.
