She was always very courteous, even when I was not. 4. She was extremely patient during the money transfer process. As a result I was able to purchase the vehicle. 5. The car was exceptionally clean. It ran very smoothly on the 1,600 mile trip to Colorado. I 6. I have been purchasing cars since 1962. Alicia is the best salesperson I have dealt with, bar none. 7. They really put in the work to do their best to get you where you're looking to be financially. Ridgeview was the first stop, went to one other lot after, got bad vibes, and It was basically, "let's just go back to Ridgeview, and see what else they have." Vibes are important!! Especially when youre making such a big purchase!!! Ridgeview passed the vibe check immediately, we just weren't in love with the first car we checked out there, great car, solid, just didn't check all of our boxes. But, the experience we had there was so positive, and welcoming, we were going to go test drive that one again, until we found a different car on their lot.
