So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.

I got a great deal on this truck! I wish half ton trucks had a stance more like a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. But this is an amazing truck for the value!

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
No discounts for seniors nor coupons. Check in person says you don't do those things

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Friendly and helpful staff made the process very easy.

Towed my fiat across the country with it. Haul my family around every day. Little mx, strong go ahead. We haul stuff all over the place. The seats fold flat so we can fit tons in the back.
Great service and in a timely manner. The facility was clean also the customer waiting room was nice and clean. The service staff was nice to work with and polite.

I might be biased because this is my dream truck but it's the coolest thing ever! I own a 2016 GMC Sierra SLE 2500hd and it is the bee's knee's for towing! It coming all set up for towing and it rides so smoothly! This truck effortlessly tows around my 2 - horse trailer with my two Irish Draughts in it, one of them being 17+ hands! All in all I LOVE this Truck! Thank you JJ Suk from Keller Bros for selling me this dream!
Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.

I purchased a F250 from the dealership last November . I was driving back from south Georgia last weekend 8/19/17 ( note only 3700 miles on the the truck ). My sun roof exploded and started falling into the truck . Nothing hit it is just sounded like a gun going off in the truck. I took the truck to the dealership on Monday . Dylan called me daily updating me on the status of the truck. I was told after a couple days that FORD was not going to cover it . Dylan got with Jacky Jones before calling me and the dealership covered the complete repair. Five star dealership in my book . I will be trading with them again in the near future. Strong work pickup , comfortable travelling pickup. It covered all of our needs. Towing livestock to long drives on vacation, It is a great truck!
Two weeks ago we purchased a 2012 F350 Dually with approximately 35K miles. The truck was in fantastic condition. The dealer had it cleaned and waiting on us to test drive. The test drive, the initial sales contact and financing were as easy as the three previous vehicles I purchased from this dealer. Two days after the purchase, we picked up a nail in one of the rear tires. When the tire was being repaired, the technician pointed out that the tires were "cracking with age" and 9 years old. Needless to say we were surprised at the age of the tires. The tires had been cleaned and polished for our test drive and appeared to still have alot of tread life left. I called the salesman and asked was he aware he had sold us the truck with out of date tires. His answer was "do you think they are made the day the truck is made? They can stay in the warehouse 4 or 5 years at the factory before being put on a vehicle." My question was then why in the Ford manual does it say to replace tires every 6 years no matter the tread. He informed me he nor the dealership would do anything about the tires. I emailed the dealership's general manager, Berrong Kimsey, and expressed my concerns. As of today, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement of that email.
How does a 5 year old truck with 35K miles have 9 year old tires? We are now having to replace all 6 tires for a cost of $1300-$1500!! The dealership said the truck went through a 27 point inspection before we could leave with it. Tire date must not be on that list. Not only does the Ford manual indicate a 6 year limit, the B F Goodrich website and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration agree with the 6 year replacement.
For years I have encouraged friends and family to shop at Jacky Jones. But, that has changed.
