Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Everyone was very courteous and helpful to me when I went in to clean out my car that had been totaled.
Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
Anthony was an awesome help in obtaining our new Jeep! He was easy to work with, friendly, not a typical salesman! He was able to get us to where we wanted to be with payments and we appreciate his efforts! Love our new Jeep Cherokee!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
Everything was great. Able to work out a deal quickly and easily team was effucient, well knowledges and able to answer all questions and satisfy my requirements

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Kelly and I will never go anywhere else. Professionalism at its best. East going atmosphere, laid back, fun. Everything a customer could ask for!

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
This was the first time we financed a car the experience was great! Everyone was very helpful especially Mike We would recommend our friends in a heartbeat

This is a roomy vehicle and nice to drive . Accept it has more problems then anyone should have in one vehicle . We bought it with 39,000 miles and 3 days later figured out that the front windshield was leaking and dripping into my steering column . The dealership would not take the vehicle back. So I had gmc involved . They gave a warranty for 30,000 additional miles . Within a month later it was a snow storm I was trying to get home and guess what the belt comes off . They tell me I drove it into a snow bank . I say it was not and we live in Indiana and we get snow . So I can’t drive it in the winter now ? There r documented moments where we would lose steering while Turning . And the car would stall . I returned it to the dealership notified gmc and told them I was not coming back for the vehicle . I felt it had to do with water damage because the vehicle had been sitting on the lot in rain snow and ice for months . They gave me my 5 th loaner car and said they would not call until everything was fixed . I still did not want to keep the car felt it was unsafe for my teen to drive . Every light on the vehicle is on constantly and my auto start no longer works . Now the Stabili Trak light is on we get reduced engine power while driving 70 miles an the car just gives out . Pretty sure I smelled something burning the other day . And at that time the vehicle was not having this problem . Maybe GMC just wants these vehicles to catch fire and burn to the ground so they can keep looking the other way !!!! 🤬

The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.
I recently purchased a truck at Kelly Dodge/Jeep. Their sales staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and please take to do business with. The price of the truck I purchased was on the low end of the Kelly Blue book price while the trade in allowance they gave me was on the high end of the spectrum. I particularly like the low pressure approach of the sales staff and friendly atmosphere. Thanks Mike!

This car is great on the road. It is really big and it is hard to park and maneuver. Hard to back up. Difficult to park in garage.
She was the best experience I???ve ever had with a car salesperson! She makes you feel right at home. Has any information you may need right at hand. Very easy streamlined process with this great person! Will definitely use her again in the future and recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car!

When searching for a new vehicle we needed something with lots of leg room in front and in the back, the Acadia with its front and back seat buckets has plenty of leg room plus plenty of room for whatever you need to carry.
The staff was great. No hard sell. Decide at your own pace. Every thing was easy from looking at inventory to purchasing your automobile. I would definitely recommend.

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
I dealt with John Rider from Bergey's and he assisted me throughout the process, showing me alternatives at all my price points. At the end of the day I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. Great experience!!
Great car but terrible headlights

Great vehicle but very hard to drive at night as the headlights are very weak. Good on fuel and comfortable to drive. Maybe a little overpriced.
Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

She is Beautiful. Everything I was looking for and more. It is used but came with a New 6 year/100,000 warranty because it was a CPO! What a deal.

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
