I had to have the front stabilizer links replaced in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Within about a week, I started to hearing a knocking or banging noise coming from the front suspension. When I took my Ridgeline back into Verne Eide, Alan listened as I described my issues, and believed me when I said these were noises that were not occurring before my most recent service visit. The service team found out the replacement stabilizer links they had installed were bad and had already broken. Alan ordered OEM parts for my Ridgeline this time, and did not charge me for the higher cost replacement part or the additional work done. He got my Ridgeline back into the shop quickly and the replacement parts were installed quickly. I appreciate having a service advisor that I can trust with vehicle issues and that looks out for my interests as well. I would highly recommend Vern Eide for any vehicle service needs.
I had a great experience purchasing my used 2014 VW CC Executive. The staff was awesome, I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. I test drove vehicles for a few hours one weekend then came back later in the week to purchase. The purchase process was easy and quick, I was done in a little over an hour. I was given a fair value for my trade-in and paid a fair price for my new vehicle.

Growing up, two of my uncles owned car dealerships, so I can genuinely attest to the level of professionalism and willingness to work that I was shown by the guys at Big City. I had Zach, and the efforts he made to accommodate me and get me the best deal he possibly could were as yet unparalleled by my experiences with other dealerships. Big City made their bigger competitors look bad, and that was just with the actual negotiation and selling process.
As far as the car itself, I can also attest to their incredible quality control and level of restoration. To my 2015 Ford Fusion, they had put on new tires, repainted the front to remove chips, detailed every inch of the interior (including taking the seats out and deep cleaning them), tinted the windows, and polished the outside to the point that it really felt like a new car. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
Hate car shopping, but Court made it pleasant by listening to our needs, and he delivered beyond our expectations. What was wanted wasn't available, but knowing what we desired, Court patiently provided us with alternatives that could meet our needs/wants until we found just what worked for us. He thoroughly explained every vehicle's functions and features. He also understood our limitations, and the dealers' finance person got us to the monthly payment we could afford. We understand there's a process the dealers use, and that's okay, but Carswap never exerted pressure through the entire process as some larger dealerships have a tendency to do.
Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frankman Motor Company. Their car salesman, Jesse James, was first-class being extremely helpful and knowledge about cars. Thanks to him I came home with bada** Cadillac SRX. Financing was a breeze and the offer for my trade-in was more than fair.
My wife and I were looking for a used car. We saw an ad for a 2006 Chevy Impala on Craigs List. It was listed at Frankmans Auto. I called the dealership for info on the car. It sounded pretty good so I set up time to go see it. I looked the car over and test drove it. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Answered all my questions. The car was very well priced. It was a very enjoyable experience and quite easy process. I would go back. Would also reccomend them to my friends.
I contacted Robby about a vehicle I was interested in and he was very helpful from the beginning...he responded quickly and was very patient with me. The only day it worked for me to come see it was his day off and he went out of his way to come in that evening to accommodate my schedule. He was so friendly and the entire process was so simple. I worked with his manager, Dave, a little, too, and he was just as helpful! I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and will definitely be referring friends!
Robby was very helpful in helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for , he was very easy to get ahold of and responded to texts, emails, or calls in a very timely manner. He did not pressure me into anything and he made my first time car buying experience a good one !
Barry was very professional and responded in a timely manner. He let me know his schedule so I could phone him for some more info on the car. He was straight up with me about my current car's value and told me they welcome trades. Even though I did not do the trade, I will continue to check out their inventory for a possible future transaction.
I sent a message inquiring about the details of a 2012 Corvette z06 for which they only had 3 images online. Couldn't tell much from those photos thus wanted to see more, especially what they meant by "satin black race stripes". A representative was very quick to respond and sent me links to and some information about other Corvettes, but never really addressed my question, and never got back to me after my response email. I'm impressed by their inventory or Corvettes considering they're in a not-so-densely populated area, but I would have liked some more informative feedback/material. Nevertheless, I'll probably try contacting them again in the future...maybe it's just been a rough couple weeks for them.
