Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
Gene Messer Chevrolet was a great experience from the beginning to the end. My salesman LaMin was human which is a lost quality these days. His Manager Jason was also exceptional. I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Sammy Was prompt in returning phone calls and keeping me informed of the progress. Courtesy van was prompt and courteous. Tommy, I believe, at the front counter is extremely helpful.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
They are very nice and helpful. They took us to a business and picked us up when the car was finished. They also gave me an estimate on repairing a light that had been damaged.
Great truck for towing or daily driver.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
I came in the day before thanksgiving on a family road trip from Clovis, NM. They were the only shop anywhere near me with the part we needed, but no service space for like 5 days. The customer service guys worked with me and got my Odyssey in, part replaced, and back on the road within 4 or 5 hours. Can???t thank these guys enough for saving our thanksgiving road trip.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
Frank Brown GMC has alway provided top rated customer service on My GMC Serria since the day I bought it new from the Frank Brown lot in 2013. This is the place that I have my truck serviced at and will continue to do so until I trade it in for a new truck in a couple years down the road.
Beats all other models in it's class.

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.
Quick service with an honest estimate on how long you may wait. Terry, the cashier, is very friendly and remembers customers. Makes you feel you are part of a nice family. Appreciate being treated like a customer and not a dumb female.
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
Took my Pilot in for an oil change and was greeted by Dean. I received first class service and he also took the time to answer my questions about towing capacity. He was very courteous and friendly. As always, when I picked up my vehicle Terry gave first class service as well. He always goes the extra mile. You guys are tops in my book!!!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Gene Messer. We went in looking to purchase a used vehicle and came out driving a brand new one!! The sales men and business managers were great and very helpful. This was our first time buying from Gene Messer and will continue to make this our dealership!! Thanks guys
