I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Needed a quality car for winter, went to Thomas Jeep and Eagle in St. Clairsville Ohio, where sales men Mike Fluharty spent time with me and found what i needed. I had a excellent experience dealing with Thomas Jeep Eagle and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good car and great deal!
Water leak front window stabiltrak problems

This is a roomy vehicle and nice to drive . Accept it has more problems then anyone should have in one vehicle . We bought it with 39,000 miles and 3 days later figured out that the front windshield was leaking and dripping into my steering column . The dealership would not take the vehicle back. So I had gmc involved . They gave a warranty for 30,000 additional miles . Within a month later it was a snow storm I was trying to get home and guess what the belt comes off . They tell me I drove it into a snow bank . I say it was not and we live in Indiana and we get snow . So I can’t drive it in the winter now ? There r documented moments where we would lose steering while Turning . And the car would stall . I returned it to the dealership notified gmc and told them I was not coming back for the vehicle . I felt it had to do with water damage because the vehicle had been sitting on the lot in rain snow and ice for months . They gave me my 5 th loaner car and said they would not call until everything was fixed . I still did not want to keep the car felt it was unsafe for my teen to drive . Every light on the vehicle is on constantly and my auto start no longer works . Now the Stabili Trak light is on we get reduced engine power while driving 70 miles an the car just gives out . Pretty sure I smelled something burning the other day . And at that time the vehicle was not having this problem . Maybe GMC just wants these vehicles to catch fire and burn to the ground so they can keep looking the other way !!!! 🤬
Tom Brown is awesome! I had a trade in and got a great price for my car and found this beautiful 2018 fully loaded GMC. Tom and Kevin who handled the financing made it all super easy and helped me out in anyway they could. I never thought buying a car would be so simple!

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I bought a Ford Escape today from the Bridgeport dealership. I hopefully got everyone???s name right, because I couldn???t thank them more. All of their cars look brand new at great prices. They did everything they could to help me.

I believe this car, if taken care of properly and purchased from a reliable source would be a fantastic SUV for any family. If buying used definitely have it checked by a trusted mechanic before forking over the money.
So happy I stopped by the dealership. I was so stressed out, hunting for a new car and even with terrible credit they helped me find a car. All the cars at the lot are nice and clean and priced well. I am so thankful to have something reliable for my son and not to mention how pretty it is! Thank you guys so much!

Sweet style and practical use for hard work. The miles per gallon were nice especially for Highway use. The four wheel drive was a blessing too.
This is the best, most beautiful and coolest vehicle I’ve everrrr owned . It’s gorgeous and drives soooo Majestically!!! I’m amazed and in love with this truck ahhhhh and the dealership I bought it from Grace Motor Mall I cannot day enough good things about them !!!

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??

Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
This is the third Honda ('07 Accord, '15 CRV, '17 Civic Touring) we have purchased from Straub and every purchase was made easier than the previous one. Great sales staff, but this staff is more than equalled by the service staff. While we have had no major problems, I am very impressed with the service offered by the Straub service team.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything about the model we were considering and showed us how everything worked once we purchased the vehicle. Great experience on what the customer wants !!!!!!

When searching for a new vehicle we needed something with lots of leg room in front and in the back, the Acadia with its front and back seat buckets has plenty of leg room plus plenty of room for whatever you need to carry.

I loved this truck, looked great, drove great. Only downfall was the 4.8 l motor. Drove excellent by itself but as soon as you hooked a trailer up it lagged down pretty bad. I only pulled a trailer on occasion and it was a 7x14 enclosed which shouldn’t have been too heavy for the truck. Fuel mileage was also about 12-14 on average which i thought was terrible compared to the 5.3. It was very reliable and never gave me any issues, but it just wasn’t what I needed at the time.
Purchase a 2014 Equinox. Single woman and Ryan didnt pressure me. Also feel like I got a good deal. Service and detail department was also very good.

We needed to retire our old minivan. Was looking for something mid-sized that could still accommodate our family of 5. So far, we're impressed! It has all the room we need, is very comfortable and rides like a dream. The only down side is the cupholders are a bit small, but in the grand scheme of things, that's small potatoes.
