Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. CharlesReviews
Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Fox Valley Volkswagen absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point in the purchase of my new to me Passat SEL. Adrian was my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. If you want a dealer who pays attention, who is prompt, professional and never high pressure, and who gets the deal and the job done right - look no further. This team is truly at the top of the business. Five stars - strongly recommended across the board.

2016 GMC Savana 2500 review
I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

I am very happy and grateful for Dawn helping me surprise my wife with the perfect new-to-us Mini Cooper. I really appreciate her kind, friendly and helpful approach to selling cars without all the pressure and ugliness of some other dealerships. As a result, we found the perfect car and created the perfect surprise for her. Thank you for everything! We are proud to be a part of the Ewald family.

Castle SubaruReviews
Castle Subaru review
This was the easiest lease end / new lease trade over I've ever experienced. Cheyenne was great to work with! I wanted to work with a Saleswoman and you have no idea how hard that is to find at most NWI dealers. Castle Subaru got my business because they were fastest to respond and got me the best deal. I'll be going back in 36 months for sure. This was the least amount of time I've ever spent on paperwork at a dealership. They made it easy.

I can?t say enough about the service at Bob Jass Chevrolet. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when I brought my sons vehicle in for service. They figured out the problem promptly and had it repaired efficiently. If you?re not going there for service......shame on you. Don?t waste your time going elsewhere.

Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.

Unique Luxury MotorsReviews
Unique Luxury Motors review
I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Lucid Air from Unique Luxury Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mizret was an absolute pleasure to work with, making this by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He was highly responsive, addressing all of our questions throughout the process. As first-time electric car buyers, there was a bit of a learning curve, but Mizret patiently guided us every step of the way. The price was unbeatable, with no hidden fees or deceptive tactics like mark-ups, add-ons, or upselling. What you see is what you get. Additionally, Mizret offered a trade-in value that was comparable to CarMax, without any of the hassle. We’re absolutely loving our new car and will definitely return to Unique Luxury Motors for our next purchase!

My experience was extremely positive. Roman was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car.
2014 GMC Savana 2500 review
I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.
