A little bit out of the way but worth it! A great markdown got me in the door, but there was no pressure to upgrade, even though my options were laid out for me. They made time for me and didn't make it seem like they wanted to be on to their next customer.
Great experience buying a new Silverado. Everyone I talked to offered to help and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Rick in particular as well as Heather went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was presented to me clean, that I had no questions regarding the truck or the paperwork involved and that I had the best financing with the lowest interest rate available.
The salesman was great and worked with us. The problem came up when we were told that a specific problem was fixed and it had not been. They promised someone would call me to talk about it but they did not. They could have been more forthcoming.
We went to Rydell's looking for a used pickup. We were met by Dawn who was a sales representitive. She was most cordial and attentively listeded to what we were looking for in a pickup. She made suggestions and arranged for test drives.
The experience with Dawn and Rydells was most pleasing and enjoyable. Yes, we did make our purchase from Rydells that day.
Very professional while describing my kia soul. This company is a work of art. Makes customers feel right at home. All details discussed with customer. Never a doubt in my mind that this is my car. Thamk you david and joe

We really appreciated the kindness and efficiency of Mike Juhl. Our need was super specific and he was not judgmental. It was really hard to find a splint front bench seat, in a small truck, with automatic transmission, without too many miles. They provided so much good information from a distance and we did not mind the beautiful long drive. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Mike.

Mason at Community listened carefully and knew exactly what we wanted. It took less than an hour to locate the vehicle we wanted and agree on the purchase price. The initial offer was the most fair price we have received in forty years of purchasing vehicles.
After visiting my hometown Buick dealership several times, I found a much better deal at Community Buick GMC. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and they answered all my questions, no matter how small. They made buying a car a pleasant experience for once.
We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with on our purchase. Very upfront and courteous and willing to work with us on price. I will definitely recommend dealership to my friends and family and certainly would consider going back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.
We had a great experience at Community Buick GMC, it was worth the 2 hour drive from where we are from. David Bentley was very helpful, able to answer any questions that we had, and friendly. We liked that we didn't feel like were being pressured to purchase the vehicle. We were happy with what we got for our trade in as well. The environment was laid back and the people that work there are very friendly. We will be back in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle.
