This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Bought a Used Dodge truck about a year ago. It was an older truck I bought with the sales person Jim Beardsley who I have known for several years. Was concerned about several features of the truck, knew little about Dodge products. He has let me stay in touch with him with all of my questions and always helpful. Last Friday, at a local shopping outlet, I suddenly have a dead battery. Had no clues I was going to have a problem, I am dead in the water.!!!!!! I called Jim ans asked if the dealership could run a service truck down to me and jump my battery to get me to the shop. He replied 15 minutes and got my location. Was not a service truck, he came from dealership and jump-started my battery, called their shop and found out they had one to fit the truck and told the service adviser , I was coming. 15 minutes to their shop closing, I show up, they get me in and get me out by closing time. Wow.....What more could you possibly ask of a salesman and a service adviser (ready to go home) and a shop (ready to go home) I would recommend Jim to anyone shopping for a vehicle and their shop services as well.....

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

All around outstanding dealership and service dept. I bought a 2025 Ram 1500 SST in Nov, Shirley was absolutely amazing and worked with me being I live 2 hours south. Recently, my Automatic Emergency Brake system stopped working, at first, they thought it was a shorted wire harness but after looking at it again, they determined the sensors are bad. So instead of me having to drive 2 hours north to change out the sensor bar, they are sending a service tech to my house to not only change out the sensors, but also to do a free oil change and tire rotation. I seriously couldn't ask for a better dealership, service dept or customer service. I would definitely recommend them to to anybody and everybody.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

My last purchase, which was in June of '23, that of a used '18 F150, was possibly the least stressful purchase I have ever made. I drove the truck one day and wanted to think about it. I received a call a day or so later from them and made an offer. An hour later they called accepting the offer, and when I showed up, it took all of 20 minutes to do the paperwork and drive off in a beautiful pickup that I have enjoyed immensely. James Kyzer and Steve Pruitt in particular are great salesmen. In addition, they have done the maintenance on our Ford and Lincoln branded vehicles. We've never had a complaint with them. They are polite; work with you for the time that is best for you; and do not try to upsell you. We have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I have been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and have been pleased with the "past" quality, reliability and performance. I purchased a 2024 Camry SE about 2 months ago and I have noticed the quality has definitely declined in the newer years lots of cheap plastic and carpet is really cheap. The under carriage plastic splash guards are a total joke! I had to remove the cheap plastic guards because they were loaded with about 10 lbs. of road gravel and dirt "not" an easy job to do to remove all the plastic clips. other than that no complaints on the performance so far. The Camry gets pretty good gas mileage for a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder sedan.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.
