I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Great experience from drop- off to pick-up. My advisor, Todd Smith and the assigned mechanic are both of the highest integrity and professionalism. I had requested and approved a duplicate service estimate $300. When I was notified the vehicle was ready I was advised I was only being charged for the oil change the other service was approved by my spouse and completed just 5K miles ago during the last oil change. Having our vehicles serviced at Germain consistently exceeds our expectations.
