This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

I like to buy my cars at the end of December/beginning of January. I feel I get a better deal! I searched extensively, and Superior Used Cars, Inc., happened to have EXACTLY what I wanted! That's the first 'to do', finding what you want! So I go there, and let's all admit something..........there's a bit of skepticism pulling into a 'local used car lot', that's not all bright and lit up like all the Fancy Pant's New Car Lot Dealerships. I wasn't there for 60 seconds, that Dave (Sales Manager) was handing me the key to the Honda I wanted to test drive, and take to my wife on her lunch break, to get her approval. I gave Dave a copy of my license, and left the keys to my truck with him, and down Route 8 I went. My wife saw it and said 'Let's do it"........so I went back, and explained to Dave a couple of concerns I had. He made a list of "What we owe you", and he would not allow the vehicle to leave the lot, without those Items being taken care of in their garage. They have a 3 bay garage, with full time mechanics. ALL people we encountered were very nice, and clearly all TEAM PLAYERS! Financing went very smooth (as smooth can be; we ALL hate that paper work part of the process, but there's nothing we can do about it, because all of those documents 'are the law', so you need to go into the car buying process, with that expectation that , well, 'it is what it is! To get a car, you have to sign here and here and here.....". Long story short, you need not 'Judge a book by it's cover' when it comes to Superior Used Cars, Inc; they don't have all of that expensive overhead like the 'big boys' do! I am a business owner of 27 years now.......Superior has been in business for a LONG TIME too......there's a reason for that; they do what they say they will do! I know from personal experience, to keep a business going for 3 years, is tricky enough; let alone more than 2 decades!

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

I contacted this dealership about a 2012 Range Rover Evoque they had on their lot and from there, taking the car home was a breeze. I spoke with Andy and he made everything super easy, especially since I love north of detroit, which is about 3 hours north of this dealership. The car itself was flawless and Andy was very helpful in making me a great deal for my trade. Never once did I feel pressured or like I was being lied to. Bought used golf R at 100k miles. Currently needs new struts dcc (3000), water pump 3rd time (2500), and walnut blasting (500). Maintenance is not cheap on these cars and they have known repeated issues(water pump). I have the DSG stage 1 car is wicked fast. Like embarrass a mustang 5.0 hang with and m5/m3, gap an sti or focus rs. Seriously one of the quickest cars out there in a straight line. But has no soul,interior is Uber quiet (can’t hear exhaust), dsg is great for up shifts but has a definite lag on downshifts. Suspension is awful especially with 19’s crashes and booms over everything passengers will jump, not good for daily driving on anything but the best roads. Brakes are phenomenal along with pedal feel and honestly will stop on a dime. It’s not true and as it is FWD until slip is detected but it rips. In my opinion even though it is way faster,brakes better, fender audio best I’ve heard, the Wrx is way more fun ! If you are ready for expensive repair bills and checking your fluids all the time buy a VW.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

They had exactly what we were looking for. No hassle, in and out service. Sarah was fantastic and very nice. She changed my view on “car sales peoples”bad rap. She addressed every question we had and did her best to get us a speedy exit. Also the sales manager addressed issues i found with the car and had a quick resolution. Fyi, We bought a used car. Took our '23 Audi in for its first AudiCare servicing. We had made an appointment and arrived on time, was greeted by our Service Advisor Ed Costa, who explained what would be done during our visit (oil change and complete examination of the vehicle. We were offered the use of a no-cost loaner car but decided we'd rather wait if possible. The Advisor ensured a technician was available to start on the car and after approximately an hour later, the car was ready to go. The waiting area had a large screen TV to watch, there were magazines available to read -- current issues of a variety of good publications, not like most waiting rooms! There was also fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea available, and the restrooms are clean. When the car was ready, the Advisor went over the list of things that were done and checked. He and all the other employees we interfaced with were friendly, cordial and professional, something we really appreciate. We look forward to having all our service work done at Audi Middleburg Heights!

I hit a pothole in my 2026 civic hybrid touring with 1,000 miles and had it towed to Ganley Honda North Olmsted since I have no spare tire. I honestly expected a couple days before I heard from anyone since I know advance appointments are important. To my surprise very early in morning got a call from service advisor Michael who informed me they have my note and keys and they already looked at car . Good news rim was ok but tire was unrepairable. Had matching tire in stock and advised alignnent. Very nice and caring person to talk to. Called two hours later and car was ready and washed and Michael added 20 dollar coupon also. Went in to meet Michael in person to thank him what a great experience.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Worked with Ed Costa in Service and he was terrific! Rob, service technician gave a great overview, via video, of what he had done with my car and loved the video feature. Only negative was the woman who I scheduled service with didn’t have my appt listed when I confirmed the day before - but ended up being able to have my car serviced as intended

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.
