2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Mo Assad and Adam were 2 good dudes. They helped me pick the right vehicle for me and my children. They even assisted in helping me get to a good price point for monthly payments. Mo was very knowledgeable about Honda and helped me connect to all of the electronic features.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I stopped into Crown Acura after searching for a good used vehicle in Michigan, Indiana and other dealers in Ohio. Colin MacLean II helped me with finding the perfect vehicle for my needs while Jim Campo found the best financing to seal the deal. They made the process very smooth and satisfying and I ended up with more than just a good vehicle. I ended up with a great one.

Crown AcuraReviews
Crown Acura review
Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!

Ken Ganley Subaru North OlmstedReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
★★★★★ Excellent Buying Experience, From Negotiation Through Home Delivery I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, and overall, it was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Nearly the entire transaction was handled remotely, including negotiations, financing arrangements, and ultimately delivery of the new vehicle to my home and pickup of my trade-in. Jackie Lemmo deserves considerable credit for getting the process started on the right foot. We exchanged numerous emails while I was comparing vehicles and pricing from several dealerships. Jackie was responsive, patient, and willing to take my questions and offers to Robert Brown, who worked with her to put together a very competitive deal. Ultimately, Ganley's pricing on the exact vehicle and color we wanted was compelling enough to earn our business. Once we agreed on the vehicle and pricing, Mike Berges took over the transaction and coordinated the remaining details. Mike was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He helped arrange the financing, trade-in, and delivery logistics, answering questions along the way. Rather than requiring us to drive to the dealership, Ganley brought our new Outback directly to our home, completed the paperwork, and took our old Outback back with them. That convenience was greatly appreciated. The purchase price was excellent, the trade-in allowance was fair, and the financing terms were attractive. Throughout the sales process, I felt the dealership was making a genuine effort to earn our business rather than simply pressure us into a purchase. There were some misunderstandings surrounding the warranty, and the final paperwork reflected a different plan than the one I had negotiated. I recognize that I should have reviewed those details more carefully before signing, but it was nonetheless a disappointing part of an otherwise excellent experience. To Ganley's credit, when I raised the concern afterward, Mike remained responsive and worked to get management involved. Robert Brown personally contacted me, discussed the situation, and offered a couple of reasonable solutions. We ultimately reached a satisfactory resolution, and Ganley followed through as promised. I'm giving Ganley five stars because the overwhelming majority of the experience was excellent. Jackie and Robert worked hard to put together a competitive deal, Mike did an outstanding job coordinating the purchase and home delivery, and management ultimately stood behind its commitment to resolve my concern. My advice to future buyers is the same advice I'd give anyone purchasing a vehicle: carefully review the details of any extended warranty or finance-office products before signing. That's an important lesson regardless of where you buy. I would absolutely recommend Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, particularly Jackie Lemmo and Mike Berges, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for a future purchase. Thank you to everyone involved for making what is often a stressful process remarkably convenient and, overall, very positive.

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

2020 Hyundai IONIQ Hybrid review
The car is a little noisy on the road at 65 MPH, but less than the Toyota Prius. At slower speeds, it is very quiet. It gets 54 MPG on the highway using the cruise control. It has all the necessary electronics except the bird's eye view. It can go about 550 miles on a tank full of regular gas. It has a small tuning radius and adequate acceleration for the merge lanes on the interstate.

Toni Nemi is great at what he does- that’s why I came back for a second time. He is personable and treats his customers like family. He works hard to make his customers happy and it does not go unnoticed.

Handles and drives great. A Spec package is top of the line for any driver. The Turbo gives you great pop if needed in fast moving traffic, Proud Owner

2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

2016 Volkswagen Beetle review
I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.
2024 Volkswagen Golf R review
Excellent performance, good practicality, comfortable enough to daily drive and it doesn’t call attention to itself like Mustang GT, Civic Type R, etc….nice under the radar vehicle.
