Mary is the sales associate that assisted us with the purchase of our truck. The customer service was exceptional. There was no pressure and she kept in touch with us during the decision making process. We requested a referral for an attachment for the vehicle. Mary contacted the supplier and offered us the company discount to have the modification completed. We putchased a warranty for a great price and trust the company for future needs. I highly recommend City Auto and their team of professionals.

They were super nice and very helpful. They tried everything to help me get the car that I wanted. My credit is just too poor to do anything at the moment.
2025 Toyota Prius review
There’s a lot of negative stuff in this review. Be that as it may, I’m happy with the car. Toyota revamped the Prius design for 2025. I was one of the few who liked the previous “space capsule” look - the new one looks a lot like a Tesla 3. It’s fine; not terribly distinctive, but sleek and attractive. I get compliments. They tweaked the mileage with this design, and I know exactly how: it’s smaller. I can’t reach into the rear seat footwell by putting my arm between the seat and the wall; zero room. I can’t rest my elbow on the window sill and place my hand along the top of the window; too short. There’s no glasses holder at the top of the windshield. (And there’s no rear-window wiper. Pretty annoying, but at highway speed the slipstream keeps it clear.) The center console requires that the driver be a contortionist if they hope to use it while driving; and the compartment itself is quite small. I often misjudge how to slip into a parking slot because I sit so much closer to the edge of the car than in previous Prii. All that said, I like it. Mileage is, indeed, good. The ride is comfy, though I’ve never owned a cushy car. I’ve never much liked the steering on the Prius (this is my third), and it feels vague and disconnected, but it’s serviceable. It’s low to the ground, and the driver’s position is low relative to the windows - first car I’ve ever needed a cushion to raise me up to where I could see well enough not to regularly be running over curbs in turns. I use *two* cushions! Never before. The complete suite of safety features is great. I believe that I (and others in the road) are safer for them. Connection with my iPhone is usually seamless. As with most cars, the multitude of computer options can be daunting and frustrating, but a conference with the manual and/or a search engine usually sets things right. Pick-up is actually pretty decent! I feared that my first Prius (2006 I think) would get me run over by a truck if I ever needed to scoot out of the way - very little scooting was available. That’s much better now. And unlike so many other people, I don’t really think about gas prices. On those exceptional trips (mostly downhill, I assume) when I get to my destination and read “Average mileage: 67 MPG” or even 82 rare occasions, I chuckle to myself.

City Auto Sales, LLC Memphis review
Dewayne Westbrook is hands down the BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, made sure I got it, and walked me through every step of the process. Winston was also great and very pleasant to work with. Stephen took the time to thoroughly explain all the lien paperwork and even offered helpful financial advice. What stood out most was that everyone genuinely cared about my experience, not just making a sale. The customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about this team. If you’re looking for a dealership where you feel valued, heard, and taken care of, ask for Dewayne Westbrook! He absolutely made this experience one to remember!
2017 Toyota Yaris review
Haven't had the car very long, but love it. I like the exterior styling and the interior dash and radio display are nice, just keep in mind it's 4 years old so not as fancy as a brand new car - but pretty good sized touch screen. Engine has more power than I thought it would. With 3 adults, I got up to 60mph within the on-ramp for the highway and merged without issue.

2019 Toyota Prius review
A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV review
It's got a unique look, to be sure. It may not have a ton of horsepower but it can GO from a dead stop faster than almost any car around you. It's small size makes it a perfect city car, and if you need something reliable and inexpensive for commuting you really can't beat it: I spent at or under $20 a month to charge this car at home. For maintenance: no oil changes, just routine tire pressure checks. Even inspections are cheaper without any emissions to check! Bottom line, this is a fantastic budget vehicle and definitely eye-catching.

Mine was a one owner creampuff with only 62K in its previous 9 years. While the largest (Audi 8 series) sedan is also great, the BMW 7 and Mercedes s 600 can match that Audi 8.... BUT....the Audi 7 series, on the other hand is in a class to itself. Unmatched body style, pure sex.... neither the BMW 6 series, or the Mercedes C class, or the Porsche Pan can come close...none could ever equal it since it showed up in 2010.. My 2016 has zero issues whatsoever. aesthetic, electronical or mechanically. The 3.0 Supercharged engine may be the best engine Audi ever made. The 8 speed is flawless and IMO better than the double clutch update. It's simply smoother. Like any grand tourer, ya gotta take care of it and it will drive forever. Incredible comfort, amazingly quiet, and a supercharged 340 hp monster. Was 80K new... I spent 20k on a car better than the 2025 model. Best buy for the buck in the world. May be my last car I ever own. Heart and soul.

I just purchased a VW Golf R and it was all-around the best service. I am so happy!!
2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

2022 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I'm in Europe. 2015 Mitsubishi Space Star (Mirage in USA). I moved from USA to Europe and got this car for 4,900euros with only 52,000 miles! This car is roomier than you think, it's about the size of the old Yaris. Trunk can fit a Full Size suitcase with a little room on the sides. Can fit 5 adults or 2 adults + 2 car seats. 1 small adult or child can size in the middle in a pinch. Modern car and smooth ride. Some road noise, but nothing crazy. Light steering wheel touch to turn and ergonomics feel good and quality. Soaks bumps nicely kinda like a mini Camry. Just change the CVT and Engine oil on time, should be fine! This car feels smart and not cheap at all.

2018 Ford Focus review
I love this car, the only exception is the transmission. The clutches jerk hard, only once in a while. It mainly jerks when someone besides me drives and only occasionally with me. Overall, I love this car!

CarMax Nashville review
A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.
2018 Ford Focus review
Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Worked with Jimmy. First class guy, very honest. Will buy again on my next purchase.
2021 Tesla Model S review
purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.
