This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Mazda of West Ridge. I have always gotten the best service. I highly recommend Mazda of West Ridge!

Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

I cannot say enough about how good my experience was purchasing a car from this business. First, they are not car salesman. They are car people. They quality of the vehicles they have in inventory and the quality of the buying experience reflect this. They are very honest personable people. They are a family. The service was great. The discussion with the Service Advisor Tyler was absolutely fantastic. He took time to sit with me and answer questions about the current service as well future service that will be coming up over the next several months/years. He was extremely open and honest about what to expect and when to expect it. Along with what to look out for and consequences it things aren?t taken care of in the appropriate time.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I was traveling from Florida to Virginia in my Mercedes S580. I had a tire blowout. I contacted Dick Dyer Mercedes and had my car towed there for a new tire. The best car dealership in Colorado My sales person Leon is such a great person. My experience of the dealership was one of the best I ever had. This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

It’s a sport car! Can get a honda or toyota with the same price but basic features. Totally worth the value. This is good for personal and family use.

I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Service department is great to work with each time I go in. It doesn’t matter if there is a problem or it’s general maintenance. They keep me updated on how things are and check in when they find a problem.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

This car is a blast to drive. Handles very well. We'll done quality interior. Very good looking exterior.Killer Bose sound system. This Mazda3 Grand Touring is laid out. Everything you need and more. This will be my 2nd Mazda 3 Hatchback. Had a 2010 just bought a 2015. I really love this car.
