2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2004 Volkswagen Golf review
The MRK 4 Golf 2.0 is a tank of a car that can run just fine on the worst of maintenance record it makes the rank of cockroach car. The exterior has aged well and looks good the interior is a VW from the 90s it's cheap and cheap to replace but it works although the drivers seats are garbage. The 5-Speed in the car makes it livable and somewhat entertaining to drive and the 2.0 is a crude 70s 4 banger that's a tank of a unit that I have gotten 30+ mpg. These motors also function well on little or lack of maintenance and greatly benefit from even the cheapest rock auto parts this is a 220,000 mile plus tank of a car

2015 Hyundai Veloster review
I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

2006 Toyota Matrix review
This is really a great car and has served us so well. We were going to drive it until it died (a long way off) but got a deal on a family member's car that I could not pass up. 2007 MINI Cooper S review
When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.

2013 Volkswagen Golf R review
My 2013 6-speed VW R is simply a blast to drive! Before I bought my brand new black 4-door VW Golf R, I drove a much larger car, the 2004 VW V8 Touareg and I loved it. But after 10 years and with my kids grown and driving their own cars, I was initially interested in downsizing and intrigued by the amazing mileage advertised for the Golf Diesel -(this was long before VW was burned by the Diesel scam). At the time my VW dealer replied to my questions about leather seats saying "sorry no leather". Then he said, wait, have you heard of the Golf R? No, I’d never heard of the car but it had the leather seats and I test drove both of the two 6-speed models my dealer had on the lot. I bought the 4 door version and have never regretted it. My Golf R makes city and highway driving a pleasure. Something like a small land rocket or driving a really fast but very safe go-cart, especially so on the highway. And while I'm not interested in always jumping to the head of the traffic mosh, when I need it, by simply downshifting to 5th gear and from there powering up to 6th, I'm able to quickly scoot by the traffic and be on my way. I love the fantastic handling of the 4 wheel always-on drive that’s stock on the R. The rock-solid stability of my R is just outstanding. Invariably, my passengers are at first scared and then quickly amazed at the R's ability to tightly hug the road - even the steepest curves - while I'm accelerating into a highway on ramp, or smoothly passing other cars in the midst of heavy rain or in a snow storm! The auto-adjusted headlights with their auto washer squirt never fail to impress as with the many other safety features that came stock with the R's amazing build from the VW factory in Wiesbaden Germany. This is a very special little hatchback. Something like only 4000 were built for worldwide sales in 2013. To be perfectly honest, I knew very little of this when I bought the car. Since driving it I have come to learn and appreciate the brilliant pedigree of VW’s passion, heritage, and craftsmanship that are what makes my 2013 VW R the amazing little land rocket I so love!

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! 2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

2016 Mazda Mazda3 review
I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

2022 Honda Civic review
Great car. Smooth and responsive drive. Nice safety and other features - especially love apple CarPlay. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Manual is poorly written. Suggest Honda puts videos explaining features and "how to" and/or FAQ clips on their website. Put link to videos in manual.

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
PROS: Very good on the mpgs (although nowhere near the original estimates, in our experience) and has a LOT of zip! It's just an easy-to-drive, smooth, and quiet vehicle. We love the amount of interior space too, especially with the back seats down. Front seating is quite comfortable although feels like a mini-van, which surprised us at first... but you get used to it. CONS: Ford's Sync dashboard system on this model is just abysmal, and climate controls also behave un-intuitively. Car is an excellent driver most of the year but very poor on snow and ice; the smallest amount of sleet and ice can completely immobilize the vehicle on our rolling gravel driveway. Braking is very powerful and difficult to modulate—sometimes a gentle tap will throw passengers forward! Oil changes are a pain in the neck due to the large, cumbersome under-panel that has to be removed.

2022 Hyundai IONIQ Hybrid review
This car does what you want it to do superbly and no more. Excellent value, up to 70 mpg in the summer, about 45mpg in the winter. Interior is very comfortable, but not luxurious. Road noise could be improved. But this car has decades left in it at, and it was cheap enough to already be paid off.

I first visited Audi of Beaverton about 8 months ago. Myself as well as my sister walked onto the show room in sweatpants, sweatshirts and beanies… We couldn’t have looked less appealing if we tried. Yet despite that, Drew came up and spoke with me, was very friendly and was happy to show me around. We communicated via email for months, asking questions about their inventory, going for test drives, etc. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating to schedule times for me to test drive. As a newly grad from college, as well as my first real car purchase, I was very nervous and afraid that walking into the dealership would mean getting pressured into buying before I was ready, as that was the experience my brother had at Toyota. However, that was the complete opposite experience for me! Drew, along with the other dealers I met at Audi, completely understood my situation, and didn’t pressure me in any way. This meant that I was always excited to go to the dealership and “drool” over their gorgeous inventory. Looking back, I test drove 10 Audi’s until I found the right one. Drew, along with the other dealers, were perfect examples of professionalism and friendliness. Because of this, they have made me a returning customer, and I highly recommend him (Drew) and Audi of Beaverton for anyone thinking of purchasing and Audi.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
