When I decided I wanted an electric vehicle, I set out to do my due diligence.  After months of research, I had a list of 5 cars.  The Polestar 2 was third on the list.  Truth be told, my top two choices have not arrived in the US, and I am in need of a car come summer, so I went for a Polestar 2 test drive.  I really liked this car on paper, but we know how that works sometimes.  Still, I went into the test drive with excitement.  The car actually exceeded my expectations.  But I will write a review of the actual vehicle once I take delivery this summer.  I opted for the Plus Pack, the ventilated Napa leather seats, and the Pilot Pack.  I'll let the readers of this review research the Performance Pack and decide if it is for you.  What I wanted to review more than anything else is the excellent test drive experience I had thanks to Nick Olson.  Nick is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are second to none. He explained, in great detail, every aspect of the car inside and out before the test drive. While I was driving, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. After the drive, we went over the specifics of the cost and I decided to order the car. As I was leaving, I asked him for a business card. I was shocked when he stated he doesn’t have one yet because he is new to the company, and he’s not a salesman yet and only does the test drives. Nick is not a salesman?? What??!! Then Polestar needs to promote him to salesman right away! He is phenomenal. He was articulate, professional, and funny. The best thing was that he did not pressure me to buy anything that I did not want. Polestar needs to hang on to this guy and promote him up the ladder, for I have a feeling no matter what he does professionally, he will excel. Thanks Nick! You were awesome! Best car buying experience I have ever had!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

We bought this car when we lived on Vancouver Island. Great car in traffic and getting in and out of parking spots. We loved every moment we have owned it!

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

I recently took my ridgeline in for a recall. I worked with William and he was excellent, both in taking care of my vehicle and me. He kept me informed, got me a ride home and back the following day, and was polite and courteous. I appreciated his care and his kindness. My vehicle will need to return, but after dealing with William, I feel like I’m in good hands.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My service advisor Darius West is exceptional! I completely trust his advice and guidance, he has never steered me wrong. The service as a whole has always been great.

4cyl turbo engine is quick and smooth. Best navigation I have seen and great console improvements . Sleek design makes the BMW the best coupe in the luxury market.

Having 2 cars deemed "total loss" after the big hail storm, we were dreading the process of buying a new car. AustinEAutos came through in a big way. Justin asked us to let him know what we were looking for. We sent him 3 choices. We figured our top choice, a Hyundai Palisade, was going to be hard to find as there were basically none in the Austin area, but within a week, our new car--an upgrade from the one we had initially requested--was on a truck on the way here from Alabama. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

WITH THE HIGH GAS PRICES GOING UP I WAS REALLY THINKING ABOUT A EV.IM RETIRED AND CANT REALLY WORK ANYMORE.I GOT THE PREOWNED CAR FROM NISSAN GALLATIN IN TENN.ITS A SV MODEL AND HAS ALL THE EXTRAS IN IT LIKE HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL ANS EPEDAL AND SMART CRUISE.ITS SUPER BLACK AND SEATS ARE REALLY COMFORTABLE.IM GETTING WINDOWS TINTED THIS MONTH TO GIVE A MORE AGGRESIVE LOOK.THE CAR IS AWESOME.NO MORE SPENDING MY RETIREMENT MONEY ON THE HIGH GAS PRICES.IVE HAD MY CAR FOR A SHORT WHILE BUT ENJOY DRIVING IT.A FUL CHARGE LAST ME ALL WK.I DONT GO ON LONG DRIVES WITH IT.MY GRANDKIDS LOVE IT WHEN I PICK THEM UP FROM SCHOOL.FOR GETTING AROUND TOWN AND JUST DOING SOME DAILY ROUTINES WITH IS IS AWESOME.MY DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME.TOOK REALLY QUICK AND VERY NICE.IVE HAD MY SHARE OF DEALERSHIPS BEFORE AND SOME OF THEM DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU LIKE NISSAN DOES.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

I LOVE this car! People have actually approached me for my opinion on it, and a couple have actually offered to buy it from me! No way! I will keep it as long as I can. I have every bell and whistle and leather interior, alloy rims,GPS, blind spot mirrors, commands located on my steering wheel, heated seats and steering wheel, adjustable lumbar support, my back seat folds down for extra loading space.

Car is very fun to drive and very economical on gas!! Also very reliable and easy to drive and you can literally park anywhere especially in tight spaces.

Shawn was an excellent service advisor, he kept me informed and didn?t push any additional services on me.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. The Golf R is really a very unique and individualistic car - 'hot hatch' does not really fit as a descriptor as the 'R' is a much more mature and capable car. The car's ultra-high performance is complimented by excellent road handling thanks to AWD and the torque vectoring rear axle (A system only available in the much more expensive Audi RS3). Some commentators have griped at the price approx. 45K (Without Dealer 'Premiums') - however, as stated, this is a much more mature package that contains almost every option know to man! Head Up Display, Napa leather heated and cooled front seats/heated rear seats, Harman Kardon sound system, Automatically operating IQ lights, etc. etc. The true beauty of the R is that it can be driven as an extremely civilized everyday commuter, or you can unleash its inner demons with fantastically satisfying results! Some critics have commented negatively about the infotainment system and the lack of knobs - I am 66 and have found the system incredibly intuitive and intelligent to use - a little patience never goes amiss! Ultimately, this is a superb performance car that delivers in so many ways - it is mature, precise and measured - an amazing car! No, its not a hot hatch in the traditional sense - it is a car that is far more than that!
