Whitten Brothers MazdaReviews
Whitten Brothers Mazda review
I had the pleasure of working with BRANDON DELANO at Whitten Brothers Mazda, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Brandon took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, showed me exactly what I wanted, and thoughtfully pointed out features that added real value to an already great vehicle—without ever being pushy or manipulative. What I appreciated most was his low-pressure, HONEST APPROACH. Brandon worked closely with the finance department to find the perfect fit for my budget, and the process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly stress-free. That level of professionalism is rare in car sales. Brandon is kind, considerate, and follows up in a timely manner. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more AWESOME SALESPERSON. Thank you, Brandon, for all your hard work—I absolutely love my new car!

The salesman Mike was more than helpful he went beyond the call of duty in keeping me informed about the availability of the vehicle we were going to purchase, deal went smoothly and the detail team is on it
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in July of this year with happy results. We drove from Pennsylvania after many texts, emails, and conversations before we committed to the purchase. The condition was close to what was described - but not perfect and the documentation fee was hefty but still turned out to be a worthwhile purchase.

I have never had a brand new car! I walked into Honda at Shortpump set on buying a used car and walked out with a brand stinking new HR-V! I cannot say enough how attentive, honest, knowledgeable, authentic, and frankly AWESOME VINCE, my salesman, was with me!!!🤓 We joked and laughed and shared family photos! I left Sunday night completely HAPPY! My husband asked why didn't look at the Hybrid??? 😳 So, I returned the next day to exchange the HR-V 4 the CR-V!🫣 Again, Vince was AWESOME! Quick shout out to Mo who made the new deal for the CR-V fit our pocket and Mike for the small perks and fitting soccer conversation!!💥 OVERALL, Vince is a professional but warm and approachable salesperson that will listen and not pressure you!! Yeahhhhhh to me for buying my 1st brand new car, AND A HONDA at that! I LOVE MY CR-V HYBRIDE!!!❤️🌟💥

I had a great experience working with Gavin and Alexis at Honda of Short Pump. Alexis has listened closely and answered all my questions, at all times, day or night. She really went above and beyond by bringing my new CRV and all paperwork to me, while I was traveling. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch, she made the process easy, and she helped ensure my knowledge of the new car features. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle!

I had such a great experience working with George, or “G” as everyone calls him! He’s got an amazing car sales personality. His no pressure, no hassle, just easy-going and chill the whole time. He made the whole process super comfortable and stress-free. Fred in finance was also incredible! He went above and beyond and found me the bestest deal possible. Honestly, between G’s laid-back style and Fred’s determination to make the numbers work, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend them both if you’re looking for a smooth and positive car buying experience!

This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Our family had a wonderful experience. We were contacted by the dealership after we had shown interest in a car. We negotiated the price online. We came in, purchased the vehicle without any drama, problems or surprises. They honored their price quote. Will do business with them again

My Sales Advisor, Dzianis, and the Sales Manager, Justin, were both exceptional and made this 4th new car from Mini Cooper, but the 1st from Crown Mini, the easiest and best experience of all. They are both truly professional but fun at the same time and they went out of their way to make me happy with the deal.
