After a long journey of shopping for a vehicle, my journey came to an end where it all started; at Walker Acura. I initially was serviced by Joe Loyacano, but ventured to other dealerships for about a month and a half and ended back in the services of Mr. Loyacano. The particular vehicle I was searching for was extremely hard to find, so when I reached back out to Joe at Walker Acura, I expressed my deepest desire to have that Ram Truck, and he made his personal responsibility to get me in it. In a situation where the odds were definitely low and against me, Joe worked endlessly, even on his off days, to give me all the help he possibly could. Thankfully, at the end of the situation, we got the green light! I truly feel that if I was dealing with another salesman at any other dealership, even at this dealership, I would have been still car shopping. Also, the finance manager, David Ovalle, is an exceptional guy and is also good help as well. I’ve only had the truck a few weeks now, but so far so great. I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

Amazing experience! Everything was transparent no surprises, was worried about the long drive and having the dealership change things up on me but no everything was perfect. My sales man really is a down to earth gentleman, he went above and beyond for me and really hit a personal level of trust! Kimble wright is a name I will never forget based on my experience at this dealership.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
