So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer Service is the best I have seen/experienced at a car dealership ANYWHERE!!! From the General Manger to the Lot Porters, they all seemed to be focused on the Customer Experience. For example, we were there for service and they were really busy; we saw Armandi Hajdini (General Manager) hustling to bring several cars up from the car wash and even towel drying them on the Service Drive to reduce customer’s wait time. I am not an impulse buyer and usually shop four to six months before buying a vehicle. After researching pre-owned vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Collierville had the BEST Deal (lower miles, lower price, and the vehicle was Certified). Test drove it Saturday and bought the vehicle that Monday. Real ENJOYED working with Doug Shinholt (Sales Consultant), Harold Williams (General Sales Manager) and Rich Kraft (Finance Manager). I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Jacques Smith was the best. He was very personable and answered all of our questions. Their was not the presumed rush or sales pitch upon entering. To be honest it was a very enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership seemed like family, which made the experience all that much better.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

We stopped by to look at the new Expeditions and found a deal on a 2018 model that we couldn’t pass up. Bought that and then ordered a new Ranger. The sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Traveling cross-country in our diesel 350 win a turbo hose blew the service advisor there Landers took us right in and got his work done so we could be on our way the diesel mechanic also suggested an excellent place for us to get a repair on a trailer very thankful for all who helped

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Michael Harrison who is wonderful and I’m sending all my friends to him! Alan was also involved and was very fair and helpful. Brian in the service department is amazing. we just mentioned that we were concerned about the brakes and he insisted that we leave our car and let him check the brakes. He gave us a beautiful loaner to drive. He fixed the brakes perfectly. So sweet I wanted to hug him. He makes the service department amazing. My overall experience was well. The wait time was just a little too long for getting my rear tires checked and $50 was a lot to patch two tires, but at least I didn't have to buy new tires.

MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.
